Goldsmith is looking to recruit a Care Coordinator for our well-established home care branch in Chipping Norton to manage staff and coordinate new package of care. Supporting the manager with business growth and making sure we consistently provide the best level of service will be a part of your role.
Responsibilities (But not limited too)
Handle correspondence and documentation of a confidential nature using a high degree of discretion including sensitive information as per GDPR standards
Rostering staff to provide a safe &amp; efficient delivery of service to our clients.
Liaise with other professionals involved in the service users care.
To take joint responsibility for the provision of care in your allocated locality.
Skills and abilities
Highly organised and able to prioritise.
Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative
Highly organised and able to prioritise.
Good oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of domiciliary care provision.
