Positively promote the home to maximize admissions and occupancy levels. Other Duties Participate in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including families, staff, and healthcare professionals. Person Specification Essential Criteria Level 3 qualification in care or equivalent experience. Significant staff management experience in a care home or similar environment. Knowledge of CQC standards, regulatory requirements, and person-centered care principles. Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office). Willingness to work flexibly, including covering shifts if required. Desirable Criteria Level 4 qualification in Leadership and Management or above. Experience in managing a care home with a ‘Good’ CQC rating. Proven ability to implement changes and improvements in care settings. Budget management experience.
