Our Exeter division is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator on behalf of a leading national house-building company.
You will be based in their Exeter office working Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm. The contract is initially temporary with the potential to be made permanent.
Your role will include overseeing day to day customer care ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered to their clients who have recently purchased a property. You will liaise directly with customers to ensure the smooth running of the process and to assist with resolving any issues that may arise. You will also liaise with management on site to resolve any issues the customers may have and also communicate with the maintenance teams to coordinate any works required to deal with remedial issues.
You will be supported by Customer Care Administrators and report into the Office Manager. Excellent telephone manner and strong administration &amp; communication skills are essential.
Previous experience in this type of role is preferable.

Providing assurance of service delivery for existing customers. This will be through reviewing key performance areas and on site inspections/visits to understand how services are being delivered
Assist In complaint management within your region. Take responsibility for relevant actions following complaint investigations and taking ownership of customer related issues
Embed a clear handover process for customers from LGAH to the Management Providers, so customers are clear on who is their main point of contact
Work closely with LGAH’s Contract Management Team to address key customer focus areas of performance across our Management Provider network. This will include lettings, onboarding and existing customer performance measures
Have oversight of the snagging process for new build homes, attending final inspections and using a customer lens to ensure quality standards are met. This includes attesting to the standards of product quality
Work with the Customer Care Manager to periodically review the customer experience from analysing feedback and insight and then propose, test and deploy improvements to deliver enhanced customer experience, and design-out customer service failure Qualifications

We have an exciting opportunity for aCustomer Care Coordinator to join our friendly Customer Care Team in our East Midlands region, based near Nottingham, just off junction 25 of the M1.
The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective customer care service, liaising with customers, contractors, site, and management teams whilst maintaining effective working relationships. The successful candidate will manage and continually improve the Customer Service experience for Keepmoat customers to support our ambitions maintain our 5-star builder status and a leader in Customer Service in the homebuilding industry.
The duties of the role include (but are not limited to):
Liaise with all customers and sub-contractors, site managers, etc. to establish an excellent after sales/maintenance response to all complaints / queries
Ensure all materials and labour required are available prior to starting works
Ensure the customer care / after sales image by personally contacting customers after legal completion to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied
Produce all relevant documentation relating to customer care accurately and in a timely manner
Take responsibility for updating COINS system in a timely and efficient manner to ensure accuracy of customer database
