The Head of Medical Affairs UK &amp; Ireland will be responsible for the delivery of the medical strategy plan and scientific activities. As the Head of MA UK and NI, you will promote promote, develops and maintains strong scientific and medical relationships with KOLs and Public Health Bodies. You will share medical expertise and actively collaborate cross functionally with multiple areas, including sales &amp; marketing, market access, clinical development, pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs. You will provide leadership to direct reports and wider medical affairs team, setting direction and ensuring team alignment while developing and retaining key talent.You activity as Head of MA will increase scientific credibility and the ethical image of CSL Behring, facilitating and encouraging the Group's product strategy. You will uphold the integrity of the company by being responsible for medical governance at the country level. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring high quality scientific medical input and clinical strategic direction to support the Therapeutic Area teams to deliver growth in the UK &amp; Ireland. This role will have a small number of direct reports responsible for leading on Medical Education, and MSL. Openly exchanges with external stakeholders to build on innovative concepts.</li><li>Develops strong KOL relationships in therapeutic area and work closely with public organisations and external bodies.</li><li>Leads Medical Engagement Team (MSL) to develop strategy and plans for medical information exchange with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.</li><li>Ensures the ethics, transparency, quality and compliance of all medical activities. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures in the context of interactions with health professionals, learned societies or external providers.
