Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager
We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager with exceptional stakeholder management skills, a collaborative style to come join our team.
In the role of QA & Compliance Manager you will be highly organised, have a proven track record of excellent performance under pressure and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. You will support the on-going development of governance assurance processes, that meet the current and future organisational requirements. About Us
HBSUK have developed a market leading Health technology – Virtual Lucy is our expert triage application designed to support patients through their assessment and treatment.
Virtual Lucy combines our extensive clinical network with modern technology to ensure that patients get the best out of their journey to recovery. We design streamline patient- centric pathways that are evidence-based and effective. The patients journey starts with self-referral via our digital triage expert followed by an online appointment booking with the correct specialist from our extensive network of clinicians.
Responsibilities

- To develop an excellent understanding of the Quality systems operated by HBSUK Ltd.

- To assist in designing processes to ensure they are streamlined, efficient and effective.
- Work with teams to gain an understanding of their respective operation and look at ways to improve or streamline the processes.
- To develop a good understanding of standard operating procedures, compliance, and audits.
- Support the development and maintaining ISO9001, 27001 system and CQC certification.
- Maintain the status as ISO9001:2015 Lead Assessor.
- Managing the audit nonconformity database and providing detailed analysis of nonconformities
- Compiling KPI reports in accordance with predetermined metrics.
- To comply with HBSUK Ltd policies and procedures, and actively encourage compliance from others.
- Leading on DPST and ROPA audits
- Coordinate, develop and manage internal training programme (and keep Staff Matrix up to date).
- Helping teams to develop process maps (using Visio).
- Planning and regularly conducting internal audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards.
- Planning and supporting external audits.
- Supporting client audits.
- Coordinate and facilitate completion of identified company quality objectives.
- Point of contact for reporting and investigating IT & Clinical incidents.
- Coordinating the clinical AXA reports for MSK & Dermatology.
- Coordinating and managing onboarding, offboarding, probation & inductions.
- Updating & Maintaining HR documentation including policies & company handbook.
- Oversight of the administration of the employee lifecycle.
- Communicate and track any quality risks, gaps, or issues.
- Management and administration of HBSUK SharePoint (page creations, access, structure).

- Implementation and management of CQC (with external support).
- Oversight, publication, and maintenance of policies and procedures, ensuring all functions are complaint with ISO standards.
- Prepare reports for senior management and clients as appropriate.
- Coordinate and facilitate completion and publication of the company annual quality account.
- Completion of annual client compliance requirements (e.g., DSPT, Operational Resilience, Security Questionnaire).
- Statutory and regulatory compliance and good practice.

Essential
Education
- Minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent experience and
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
