Staff Development and Support Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring staff have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care. Conduct regular supervisions and mentoring to develop staff competencies. Chair staff meetings, addressing concerns and implementing service improvements. 4. Resident and Family Engagement Involve residents and families in decision-making regarding care and treatment. Create a positive, caring atmosphere that respects residents’ dignity and privacy. Chair meetings with residents and families to gather feedback and implement changes based on their input. 5. Regulatory Compliance Ensure the service meets the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act and other relevant regulations. Maintain an open and transparent culture, supporting continuous improvements based on CQC inspections and feedback.
