Customer Care Coordinator A leading house builder have a requirement for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their Customer Care team based in Warrington initially on a 6 month fixed term contract. Customer Care Coordinator role Your role will involve managing all customer-related issues through to resolution, by direct communications with our internal and external Customers a long with coordinating the administration of the department to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively. Duties and responsibilities: Ensure all contact (calls, emails, online, Social Media) received are handled professionally and courteously, and recorded on the system
Arrange the inspection of remedial enquiries where necessary to agree valid warranty issues
Liaise between Site Management teams, Customer Care Operatives and external Sub-contractors to ensure all remedial works are completed efficiently, in accordance with the NHBC Buildmark Warranty and in line with the company's stated Service Level Agreements
Communicate with the Head of Customer Care to ensure all defects are dealt with by the appropriate personnel and in a cost effective manner

About the role As a Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. Working closely with the care team to coordinate and manage care for residents, considering their individual needs, preferences, and goals. You will be responsible for organising your shifts, administering and recording medication, liaising with health professionals and recording to the residents’ computerised care plans. Care Coordinator

A council in the South East is using us to help them recruit a Senior Occupational Therapist for a Pathway 3 project. They have received a chunk of better funding and are using it to run a pathway 3 project which is focussed on hospital discharges into nursing homes and new residential settings. You'll be the only Senior Occupational Therapist on the project and will be working with 5-10 patients per week. You&nbsp;will be conducting assessments and creating care act compliant reports, prescribing care packages and&nbsp;working with multi-agencies (hospital, care &amp; residential homes) to ensure successful transitions from the hospital bed to the home. You will need to have experience with complex moving &amp; handling, and a strong understanding of the care act. The council has funding for up to a year, they are going to start with a 3 month contract initially but there is a great chance that this role extends for the full year. The council understands the complexity of this role and is paying a competitive hourly rate to ensure they find the right person.
