Customer Care Coordinator
Salary: Up to £27,773

The Company:
A well-established manufacturer that have global customers and are the market leader in the UK within their niche. They are now looking for a customer care coordinator to join the team due to a promotion within the business!
Job Description:
Due to business growth the opportunity has arisen to join the customer care team. You will be communicating with customers to answer any queries/questions that they have whilst building relationships to help improve retention.
Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment in a customer service role desirable
* A proactive individual who has the ability to be flexible in their role whilst staying organised
* Must be commercially savvy and has the ability to pick up on leads to provide to the wider team
* Provide excellent customer care to customers in line with company expectations
* Process customer orders, answer queries and complaints and log all corespondance on the CRM system
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Build relationships with customers through trust and transparency when dealing with queries from the customer
