*Aim of post:* A Care Co-ordinator who will be accountable by example, within a team setting, to promote the good name of Delta care Ltd, providing and achieving the highest standard of quality care. To share responsibility for monitoring and supervising staff and service users, preparing rota, providing a smooth and efficient service. Promote Dignity in Care, Safeguard Adults and Children and promote good infection control standards. *Objectives: *To undertake duties, which are considered, appropriate to the post. Exercise leadership and promote a good relationship between staff, service users and outside agencies. To be flexible. Assess the needs of service users and identify problems, plan solutions and effective individual care plans. *Duties: Be aware* of Inspection procedures undertaken by Care Quality Commission and the Council Contracts department. Contribute to inspections as and when required. Work with Management to promote the company and increase business. Act within Delta Care Code of practice and in a professional manner always. Co-ordinate care staff rotas Listen to and Support Staff. Provide Care to Services Users when and if required. Liaise with service users. Undertake weekly telephone reviews for new and existing service users. Audits when needed. Staff supervisions and spot checks and reviews when needed Monitor standards of care Maintain accurate records Write reports and Letters when needed Attend and contribute to staff meetings Keep accurate records and log information on the care package system. Move between offices if requested by management. *Health and safety:* To work within Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policy. Ensure the principles and practices of Safeguarding Adults and children and Infection Control are adhered to throughout the work force. *Hours of duty:* Monday to Friday in office. On call to be discussed at interview but it will follow a monthly rota for on call duties. *Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:

Working and Training as Dental Nurse…
A dental nurse works side by side to the Dentist assisting them in a variety of NHS and Private dental procedures, ultimately making sure the patient care and experience is at its best.
As a Trainee Dental Nurse you will work in a supportive environment; we are passionate about building great teams who trust each other, work professionally, and take ownership for the success for the practice. This includes:
Assist the Dentist by providing chairside support ensuring that the correct equipment and materials are available
Provide support and assistance to a wide array of patients
Follow practice health and safety and infection control procedures
Keep the clinical areas and all equipment and instruments clean, tidy and disinfected
Accurately complete patient clinical records
Complete all clinical daily, weekly and monthly logs and checks
Roderick Dental Partners will support Trainee Nurses who have already signed up to or are working towards a Dental Nursing Qualification. For those, who have not yet begun a course, we can assist in finding a course provider.
The National Diploma in Dental Nursing (level 3) Qualification will include:

Job Summary
To be responsible for the Care, Quality and Compliance of all areas under your responsibility in line with Service Policy and Procedures, reflecting the Mission Statement, Ethos, Vision and Values of Brothers of Charity Services.
Our ideal candidate for this role will have:
Level 5 in Leadership for Health &amp; Social Care
Knowledge of all standards set out by the Care Quality Commission, Supporting People Frame work and local Councils
Ability to complete all documentation which is legible and produced in a timely manner
Ability to complete work rotas for all staff teams
Ability to carry out the risk assessment process
Ability to chair meetings
Must be able to work flexibly across the organisation
To carry out the on call service
Must have commitment to maintain high customer care standards
Must be able to maintain compliance in all areas under your responsibility
Full Driving Licence and use of a car for work
Hours 37.5 hours per week. 5 days per week over a 4 week rota period, 3 early shifts and 2 late shifts, 2 weekends off out of 4.
