Situated in the town of Swanley, conveniently located just off the M25/A20, Swanley Medical Practice is an integral part of the NHS, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. Our practice operates across three sites: The Cedars and The Oaks in Swanley, approximately two hundred meters apart, and the third in the village of Hextable. With a patient list of 24,000, we boast a dedicated team, including GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, HCAs, and other clinicians from our Primary Care Network. Notably, we are also a GP Training Practice.
