Job Description Job overview An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a HCPC Registered Rotational Occupational Therapist.
In joining our team as a Rotational Occupational Therapist, you will work in a variety of settings as part of a rotation in community services across the CAMHS Intensive Support Team , CAMHS Learning Disability Team and CYP Autism Service.
You will work with multi-disciplinary teams/agencies in addressing a range of care/support issues across the spectrum of conditions, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions, supporting timely discharges and improving the health and wellbeing of children and young people.
Delivering occupational therapy assessment and interventions in accordance with an agreed care plan, to an identified group of young people experiencing mental health related difficulties
All newly qualified clinical staff are required to complete their preceptorship during the first 12 months of employment. We offer a competency framework which supports your development and career journey from a Band 5 to a Band 6, with Band 6 oppourtunities available upon successful completion.
As part of this role, you will be required to travel across wide geographical area and have access to a car, with valid driving licence and business insurance.
