A unique opportunity has arisen to join a small team who are committed and passionate about improving the lives of children/young people with disabilities, complex health needs or chronic illness.The client offers a Part-timecontract with an opportunity to work from home, a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio. Minor adaptations: Assessment and safety measures
Home adaptations: Assessment of potential need for adaptations through the national Disabled Facility Grant. Adaptations may include through floor lifts, ceiling track hoists, level access showers, facilitating wheelchair access throughout a property.
Housing needs assessments: Assessments to support a social housing application for a property, identifying specific access needs of a child to be considered when being rehoused.
