Exercise leadership and promote a good relationship between staff, service users, and outside agencies. - To be flexible. - Assess the needs of service users and identify problems, plan solutions, and practical individual care plans. *Duties:* - Be aware of Inspection procedures undertaken by Care Quality Commission and County Council Contracts department. - Contribute to inspections as and when required. - Monitor all Care staff. - On-call duties as required. - Work with Management to promote the company and increase business. - Act within Delta Care Code of Practice and in a professional manner always. - Coordinate care staff rotas. - Listen to and Support Staff. - Provide Care to Services Users when and if required. - Liaise with service users. - Undertake weekly telephone reviews for new and existing service users. - Staff supervisions and spot checks and reviews as required. - Monitor standards of care. - Maintain accurate records. - Write reports and Letters when needed. - Attend and contribute to staff meetings. - Keep accurate records and log information on the care package system. - Move between offices if requested by management. *About you:*
* You will have knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adults in similar settings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good time management and prioritizing skills; able to assess competing demands and prioritize effectively.
* Motivated to improve services for vulnerable people.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing environments, processes, and procedures.
* Literate and numerate. Able to maintain accurate records in the required format.
* Health and social care qualification relevant to the role (i.e. NVQ L3 or CQF L3 certificate or equivalent) or equivalent relevant experience.
