Join Our Rapid Response Night Care Service – Make a Difference in Norfolk!

Are you passionate about helping others and ready to take on a role that offers both flexibility and the satisfaction of making a real impact? Home Support Matters is seeking reliable, enthusiastic individuals to join our Rapid Response team in Norfolk.

We offer an exciting opportunity to work on a weekend or alternate weekend rota, where you'll be on standby from the comfort of your own home between 9pm and 7am. We are looking to cover nights from Friday night through to Monday night. As part of our team, you’ll be deployed to attend night visits across Norfolk, ensuring high-quality, personalised care for those in need.

Competitive Pay: Earn £15 per hour on weekend night shifts (paid for the full 10-hour shift whether deployed or not). Additional weekday shifts are available at £12.80 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Each night will bring new challenges and opportunities to provide personalised care to individuals across Norfolk. As an experienced care worker, you will manage various tasks, ensuring the highest level of support for each person you visit.

What We Need From You:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in care (community or care home experience is highly valued).
Driving: A full driving license and access to your own vehicle, as you'll be traveling to different locations across Norfolk.
Flexibility: Willingness to work across a wide geographical area and adapt to changing circumstances.
