Clinical Director in Bishopmill - Full time - Up to £86k p/a.

Our client in Bishopmill is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Clinical Director to join their Practice. This is a chance to take on a pivotal leadership role, working closely with their Senior Practice Director to oversee the day-to-day running of the practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a talented clinical team of 4 Vets, 5 Nurses, 3 Receptionists, and Patient Care Assistants.
• Take responsibility for practice management, including financial oversight, debt control, people management, and premises operations.
• Drive the development of the team and services, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and innovation.
• Help grow the practice, expanding its reputation as a leading small animal practice in the area.
