The Therapeutic Care team are keen to recruit motivated and enthusiastic support workers.

The team is unique in how it delivers care, improves patient safety and experience within the hospital setting. The service provides 1:1 care and support for patients who require continuous enhanced observation at the James Cook site. And although the role can be challenging, it is extremely rewarding. With strong support structure in place, and opportunities for individuals to grow and develop within the healthcare setting. This post can also offer theopportunity for apprenticeship study which will support progression from Band 2 to Band 3.

Main duties of the job

About us
