About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Value Analyst to support healthcare companies in optimizing pricing, reimbursement, and market access for their products. You’ll conduct research, analyze data, and help develop value propositions that communicate the benefits of healthcare products. You’ll also lead selected projects, with guidance from senior team members.
What You’ll Do
Conduct and interpret literature reviews on disease, therapy, and healthcare systems
Develop value propositions and create materials that effectively communicate healthcare value
Write reports, manuscripts, and dossiers to support healthcare decision-making
Build structured search strategies and analyze complex data
Lead project delivery on assigned tasks and contribute to proposal writing
Collaborate with teams to create impactful presentations and market access tools
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health economics, or public health (postgraduate degree desirable)
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with literature reviews and understanding of health economics and healthcare policy
- Ability to manage information in a digital environment and produce high-quality documents
