Please note this role is fully remote so you can be based anywhere in the UK/Europe

We invite you to join the dedicated DSO team (Dental Service Organizations) to lead the development, piloting, and market introduction of innovative solutions tailored for DSOs.


The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and a proven track record in enhancing dental implant growth within dental practices.

This role requires expertise in building comprehensive solutions that improve treatment conversion through segmentation, targeting, educational materials, technologies, and effective communication integrated into an optimized patient journey.


You will be required to:


  • Design and develop comprehensive strategies to grow dental implant adoption within dental practices
  • Focus on treatment conversion by integrating segmentation, targeting, educational materials, advanced technologies,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with company objectives and market needs.
  • Piloting and Proof Points Creation with lead pilot programs to test and refine DSO solutions in selected dental practices.
  • Establish proof points by analysing pilot outcomes and documenting success stories while Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize solution effectiveness
  • Initial Market Introduction and overseeing the launch of new solutions into the market while developing go-to-market strategies and support materials to facilitate successful adoption by DSO partners.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders on the implementation and benefits of the solutions.




Ideally you would have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Dental Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Healthcare Management) is a plus
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the dental industry, specifically in enhancing dental implant adoption within dental practices with a proven track record in developing and implementing solutions that drive treatment conversion
  • Extensive experience working with DSOs or large dental practice groups with demonstrated success in leading pilot programs and introducing new solutions to the market.
  • Deep understanding of dental implantology and patient journey optimization with strong strategic planning and project management skills.
