Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a new and exciting challenge? If so, then Lancashire County Council have the post you've been searching for.
You will be working alongside occupational therapists, social workers, social care/occupational therapy support officers. The role will involve screening and prioritising referrals, providing advice and sign posting to our community assets and services.
You will also be part of an urgent response service, undertaking home visits and assessments to identify equipment and adaptations within the home to reduce risks and increase independence for people in need of support.
This is a new role, for which you will need the skills and attributes to contribute to the development of the team and provide training to others to foster innovative practice.
