Senior Employee Relations Practitioner - Medical & Dental

Band 6 - £39,912 - £48,635 (pro rata)

35.5 hours per week

To provide proactive and comprehensive advice, guidance and coaching for a complex ER caseload and provide ER support for a range of change and service modernisation programmes, leading elements of ER support within those programmes.
