Salary & Remuneration This position comes with a salary of between £29,500 - £31,000 per year depending on experience, with additional payments for on-call where applicable. There is also a performance-based bonus scheme.

Some of the primary responsibilities of the role of Senior Care Coordinator: Like everyone in the Home Care team, our Senior Care Coordinators are supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. The primary responsibilities for this role are: Be responsible for the timely production and distribution of staff weekly rotas Participate in training and on-boarding of new staff Provide guidance and feedback to other regarding scheduling matters Work closely with senior management to highlight pinch-points to reduce staffing risks, including formulation of action plans Provide hands-on care and support when needed. Provide high level customer service ensuring enquiries are handled politely and informatively. Liaise with local practitioners to source equipment or treatment for our clients where needed. Sourcing and arranging replacement staff in the event of sickness.Hours of work: This position will be 37.5 hours per week and will be predominantly office based. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 plus out of hours on-call support as part of a rotation with other staff.

What type of person would suit this role? We are looking for someone someone who loves working with people, a natural problem solver, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care, while working in an environment that’s busy and fluid.You’ll need to have previous experience working as a Senior Care Coordinator or Care Coordinator, or Supervisor. You will also need experience providing personal care, and working for a home care agency. You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle. Caring for our team is our priority
