Senior Care Coordinator /Consultant

Senior Client Consultant/Senior Care Co-Ordinator to add to our existing team due to internal promotion.

The Senior Client Consultant's role is to effectively manage and support teams of care staff to deliver exceptional service provided to our clients based throughout the East & West Midlands.

Your role will be to make sure that our client’s needs are being met sufficiently and that they are being empowered as much as possible to live their lives as independently as they can.

Your role will be, but not limited, to:

* Make sure that enough staff are recruited to deliver the service

* Manage compliance of the workforce in line with company and regulatory requirements

* Take part in the on-call escalation rota

* Carry out day to day tasks, as required, so that the service provision is delivering the best service possible to its clients and staff

* Keeping in house software up to date at all times

* Auditing in house systems to make sure that all data is recorded and upto date

* Providing support to the other teams members as and when required
