Salaried GP - Cornwall

Our client, a well-established healthcare organisation in Cornwall, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Salaried GP to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP committed to delivering high-quality patient care to make a positive impact within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary care services to the local community. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including a practice paramedic, PCN pharmacists, physiotherapists, social prescribing link workers, mental health practitioners, and health and well-being coordinators, to deliver holistic and patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 4-6 sessions per week, with 12 appointments per routine clinical session
• Utilise SystmOne practice, Ardens, and Accurx to streamline patient management
• Collaborate with the practice paramedic for efficient visiting services
• Engage with the award-winning PCN Pharmacist Team for medication optimisation
• Liaise with PCN first contact physiotherapy, social prescribing link workers, mental health practitioners, and health and well-being coordinators to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
