Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Manage and support a team of care staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
Ensure the facility meets all health and safety requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Liaise with families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate care.
Skills and Qualifications:

Registered Manager with relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting
