If you have a strong background in home management and a passion for delivering exceptional care, we'd love to hear from you!Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or above) is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a residential care home, with a strong focus on elderly and dementia care.
- Proven ability to manage, lead, and inspire a team of care professionals.
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and experience achieving positive inspection outcomes.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

- Provide strong leadership to ensure the smooth running of the care home, maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory bodies (CQC).
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, promoting a positive culture that focuses on delivering exceptional care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, particularly those with dementia.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained at all times.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and transparency.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational activities in line with company policies and CQC regulations.
- Maintain excellent standards of health and safety and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
