Clinical Registered Manager £45000 - £6000K + bonus up to £5K NW London Domiciliary and Nursing agency
You will play an instrumental part in building on the success of my clients established office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our Franchise Owner and an amazing team of Care Coordinators, Clinical CareGivers and CareGivers.
The Role
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Clinical CareGivers and Non-Clinical CareGivers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care directly to Clients in their own homes.
* Support individuals with a range of complex medical needs and varying levels of dependency.
* Provide training and supervision in the provision of delegated tasks including medication administration, wound care, catheter care, PEG and stoma care and diabetes management in a home setting.
* Develop and oversee tailored care plans, ensuring all homecare services meet the highest standards.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim to maintain "Outstanding"
* Manage scheduling to meet Client needs and deliver exceptional care
* Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
* Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
* Support business growth and meet commercial targets
About You
* Hold current, unrestricted NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse
* Hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership.
* Experience writing comprehensive care plans.
* Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
* Proven leadership in care management
* Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car preferred
* Right to work full-time in the UK
