About the role...

As a Senior / Proposals and Pricing Associate, you will support the generation of compelling client proposals, collaborating with internal teams and client representatives to accurately define scope of work, and Change Orders, as needed. You will focus on creating, analysing and validating budgets, providing appropriate commentary to support the overall budget value, making amendments and revisions in partnership with the wider commercial development team as needed.


You will be required to effectively liaise with a variety of internal teams including project management, clinical services, vendor services and others, to obtain input from our subject matter experts. You will strive to consistently deliver a responsive and timely service to both internal and external stakeholder groups, ensuring the highest quality is always delivered. You will also be asked to proactively identify challenges and opportunities, and to adjust quickly to the requirements of the wider business.


Skills, Experience, and Qualifications...


We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual, with the ability to develop compelling proposals and accurate, commercially driven budgets for our clients. The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders both internally and externally is a must!


It’s essential you have:


  • A Degree level education ideally in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, OR equivalent by experience
  • Operational and/or commercial experience within the clinical trials arena
  • Experience of managing Changes in Scope would be a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Clinical Trial Methodology (CTM)
  • A solution driven and commercial approach with effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with a creative flair and the drive to deliver excellence and quality output
  • A positive approach to embracing and driving change and the ability to manage multiple projects
