Job Overview:

This role is for a short-term contract of 6-9 months as maternity cover. Flexible WFH rota.


We are looking for a Principal Nurse to join our team and perform occupational-related services within a corporate setting. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, experience in occupational health, Travel clinic, Primary or secondary care and have a passion for promoting employee well-being and administering travel vaccination, we would love to hear from you.


Key responsibilities include coordinating health and well-being programs, and someone who can perform Medicals for our employees for their respective project requirements. We need someone who is proficient in MS Office & Teams, has excellent communication skills, and can safely administer travel vaccinations as per NATHNAC’s recommendation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Perform occupational-related services within the scope of nursing practice.
  • Knowledge of travel medicine and immunisation experience.
  • Medicals for overseas assignment and offshore.
  • Following policies, standards, and guidelines for the occupational health department.
  • Coordinate the implementation of health and well-being program.
  • Inventory and procurement of medical supplies and equipment and stock management.
  • Implement company medical policies, assist in implementing health programs and employees' benefits as per HR guidelines.
  • Administer vaccinations and oral Anti-Malaria Prophylaxis as per policy.
  • Adhering to GDPR policy, filing medical reports, and ensuring integrity and confidentiality of medical report record keeping, and administrative duties.
  • Coordinate weekly OHP clinic.


Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • Qualification in Occupational Health preferred but not essential.
  • Working experience as a nurse, OH, secondary care, Primary care, travel medicine.
  • Valid Nurses registration issued by NMC.
  • Providing health and wellbeing webinars, posters to employees.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Teams.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Ability to safely administer travel vaccinations, with the most up-to-date training and certificate.
  • Valid Indemnity insurance cover.
  • Valid and up to date Basic Life support training with AED training.
