Medical Staffing is looking to recruit a Physician Associate to join our passionate team, with opportunities in both the NHS and private sector. The role will involve playing a full and active role as part of our Physician Associate team
A bit about the role: - Identify, signpost, or refer patients at risk of developing long-term conditions, preventing adverse effects on the patients health. - Examine, assess, and diagnose patients and provide clinical care/ management as required. - Provide patient education on disease prevention and health promotion - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans - Review the effectiveness of the treatment provided, making changes where necessary to improve patient outcomes. - Triage patients and provide the necessary treatment during home visits. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Support patients in the use of their prescribed medicines or over the counter medicines (within own scope of practice)
Key requirements:
We are seeking clinicians that meet the following requirements: - Medical degree from an accredited institution - Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and interpretation - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Primary Care
