Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Ashby Primary Care Centre in Doncaster.

This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding towns and cities and is located in a medical centre. It has a good relationship with the GP surgery/.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

  • It dispenses 12k items a month,
  • It provides a wide range of services including All NHS contractual services - NMS, Pharmacy 1st, Contraception, Hypertension.
  • It provides services to 3 substance misuse patients.
  • It dispenses 53 monthly community blisters.

This pharmacy is open 8.30am until 6.15pm, Monday – Friday.

The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 1 x ACT, 1 x Technician, 4 x Pharmacy Assistants

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
