About Us:

Join a busy, state-of-the-art healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional care. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Registered Manager to oversee our operations, ensuring excellence in both service delivery and compliance with the latest healthcare regulations.

What You’ll Do:

As our Registered Manager, you'll take the lead in managing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards.
  • Managing and mentoring staff, while overseeing HR processes, recruitment, and performance reviews.
  • Preparing the facility for audits and external regulatory inspections, working closely with our Governance team.
  • Leading site risk assessments, incident reporting, and ensuring a safe environment for staff and patients.
  • Working with the Director of Governance to implement health and safety standards, acting as the Responsible Person for safety on-site.
  • Utilizing your financial acumen to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), manage stock, and ensure cost-effective operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience in managing a CQC-regulated healthcare facility (hospital or surgical unit highly preferred).
  • A people-centric approach with the ability to engage patients, staff, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset to drive high-quality service delivery.
  • A deep understanding of both clinical and operational activities within healthcare.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance patient care and team performance.
  • A healthcare background (RGN or allied healthcare professional is desirable but not essential).
