Bleep 360 are recruiting for a Permanent Occupational Therapist to work with one of our private clients. This is working in a Childrens Clinic based in South London and the role is starting ASAP, however the start date can be flexible for the right candidate. This role is Full time; however, they are willing to accept a minimum of 3 days per week. This can be discussed directly with the manager. The salary is Negotiable, depending on experience.
Main duties of the job:
This role is working with autistic children, and children with various conditions, such as ADHD, developmental delay, and cerebral palsy.
Skills/Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications, HCPC registration and enhanced DBS checks required.
* Must be a ‘hands on’ therapist with a passion for treating children.
* Experience working with autistic children, and children with various conditions, such as ADHD, developmental delay, and cerebral palsy.
* Minimum 3 years postgraduate paediatric experience
* Must be trained and experienced in sensory integration (SI) (Minimum completion of module 1)
* NDT (Neuro developmental therapy) training and experience is desirable.
* Experienced in delivering in-clinic and in-school therapy services.
* Must be competent in carrying out EHCP assessments and report writing.
* Exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, efficient with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent rate of pay and flexible working hours.
* Use of own transport would be beneficial.
