Service Line:
Rehabilitation Step-Through Service
Hours:
40hrs per week (inclusive of lunch break)
Salary:
£36,808 to £44323 Band 6 FTE
OR
From £45,492 for a Band 7.
Summary of the site
Gledholt Mews and Coach House
is our enhanced residential service for adults with mental health needs or a personality disorder who have been able to progress through the hospital pathway and are looking for the next stage in their rehabilitation journey or for those who may be stepping up from a community placement. Located in Huddersfield just next to Greenhead College and Park, the service provides support to individuals who are ready to take responsibility for the continuation of their own rehabilitation and recovery in a safe environment, whilst living in the wider community. The service focuses on continuing practicing life skills and coping strategies.
