Occupational Therapist Department: Mental Health Contract: Permanent Pay Rate: Full Time £40,000 - £45,000 a year D.O.E or 3 days a week on pro-rata salary Location: Birmingham Required: HCPC registered + Occupational Therapy Degree + minimum of a Level 3 Sensory Integration Practitioner qualification

Perform thorough evaluations of clients' occupational performance and sensory integration needs. Develop Individualized Treatment Plans:
Create personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique requirements and goals. Implement Sensory Integration Techniques:
Utilize your expertise as a Level 3 Sensory Integration Practitioner to deliver effective interventions. Provide Direct Therapy:
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients, ensuring optimal care and outcomes. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care. Maintain Detailed Records:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, and therapy sessions. Support Clients and Families:
Offer guidance and education to clients and their families to enhance therapy outcomes and support home-based interventions. Promote Mental Health Awareness:
Advocate for mental health awareness and contribute to community outreach programs. Participate in Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing training and supervision to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field. Manage Caseloads Efficiently:
