Role - Occupational Therapists c£45k + £125 per week Car Allowance + Benefits (Flexible Working) * PERMANENT ROLES x 2- FULL TIME * £125 WEEKLY CAR ALLOWANCE (must be able to travel to the following postcodes: EX33, EX31, TQ7, EX6, EX16, EX2) * PRIVATE PRACTICE * FLEXIBLE WORKING * PAY REVIEWS TWICE PER ANNUM * 33 DAYS HOLIDAYS (INC 8 B/H) * OPPORTUNITIES IN EXETER AND AUSTRALIA!! Additonal Benefits: * Work uniform and work laptop provided. * Fortnightly supervision included via Microsoft Teams for 30 minutes. * Opportunities to supervise junior OT’s as the Team grows. * Annual performance reviews held in December each year. * Opportunity for 4% pay increase each year. Our client is a leader in their field and due to growth are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join them. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in emotional regulation, sensory processing and developmental milestones. These positions offer the opportunity to work in various settings such as from home, schools and client homes. Your home location will be your base. Duties and Responsibilities * Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans * Provide occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' quality of life and independence * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients * Utilize case management skills to coordinate services and resources for optimal patient outcomes * Offer parental education to support clients with behaviour difficulties * Work in a trauma informed way. Skills and Experience * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy * Valid HCPC licensure as an Occupational Therapist * Proficiency in delivering paediatric therapy interventions across sensory processing and motor skills. * Prior experience in a working from home and autonomous working role preferred. * Ability to provide quality patient care with compassion and empathy If you feel you have the skills and experience, please upload your CV in the first instance
