Job Title: Occupational Therapists
Location: Scunthorpe but working from home involved

Working as part of the of the Independent Living Service, ensuring the effective delivery of services to enhance people's wellbeing.
*
Providing practical advice, guidance and solutions to enable people to live full, satisfying and independent lives.
* Working in line with the thresholds agreed in North Lincolnshire to support people to receive the right help at the right time, tailored to their needs at that particular point.
* Promoting the Independent Living Service, including supporting staff development and training.
* Maintain knowledge of evidence-based research and new developments in Therapy Services, disseminate and apply this in North Lincolnshire.
* Provide a strong professional lead role, and at times provide direct coaching and mentoring, to team managers, back care advisor and others, in order to support the achievement of strategic, operational and personal development objectives
