Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for Specialist Occupational Therapist opportunities with Neuro-rehab experience in the West Midlands, Birmingham region.
The Specialist Occupational Therapist (neurological rehabilitation) would form part of a multidisciplinary team of AHP Specialists working alongside a clinical and neuro-specialist team.
The Specialist Occupational Therapist would have previous experience in a neurological rehabilitation setting and take responsibility for:
Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights Provide specialist OT interventions for a complex caseload Keep up to date with new treatment methods and be actively involved in research projects relating to specialist area Evaluate effectiveness of service and carry out audits where required Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary team colleagues Provide support and guidance for junior staff and advice with complex cases where necessary assisting in the treatment of such cases Ensure risk management and safety procedures are in place and adhered to Be responsible for department training and contribute to training and development of all staff Develop and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues, visitors, and carersRequirements:
Must have an active HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist Obtained a relevant Occupational Therapy Degree At least 1 year or more experience gained as an Occupational Therapist in a neuro-rehabilitation ...
