Band 6 Occupational Therapist required to assist within the newly established Early Supported Discharge Service, neurological experience is essential, specifically to be able to work with patients who have had a stroke in assisting with early supported discharge from the acute hospital, back to patients own home or into our community hospital setting.
Car driver and car access essential in being able to fulfil this role. Hours are 37.5 per week over 6 days
This position will be ongoing and you must be HCPC registered
