Occupational Therapist
Contract: 3-6 months initially with the view of extension
Working hours: Part time, 2 hours per week
Daily rate: £32.37 - £39p/h Umbrella
Location: Ellesmere Port
Our Local Authority Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist for their Reablement Service in Ellesmere Port.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the needs of ill and disabled clients for the provision of material assistance such as equipment or adaptations and determine the nature and extent of adaptations in relation to diagnosis and prognosis.
Provide assessments for clients returning from hospital, residential or nursing homes and provide equipment to facilitate discharge.
Check plans in liaison with architects, Home Improvement Agencies, Housing Departments and clients to ensure best outcome and approve plans for further processing.Requirements:
Degree or Diploma level qualification in Occupational Therapy
Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)If you're interested, please send your CV .
