Occupational Therapist - Part-Time (30 hours)
Salary: £22,727.83 per annum

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our client’s team and support individuals with a variety of mental health conditions. In this dynamic role, you’ll use evidence-based, patient-centric principles to assess, plan, and implement interventions that empower patients with the confidence, skills, and coping strategies for independent living. You’ll also help design and adapt therapeutic timetables on the wards and conduct 1:1 assessments.
What you’ll do:
Support patients in their journey towards recovery using tailored therapeutic interventions.
Design, adapt, and implement therapeutic schedules for the wards.
Conduct 1:1 assessments to evaluate patient needs.
Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and support workers to ensure holistic care.
What you’ll bring:
BSc Hons in Occupational Therapy.
HCPC Registered.
Experience working in mental health (placement experience acceptable).
A passion for improving patient outcomes.
The facility includes:
Sapphire Ward: A female Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Quartz Ward: An acute ward for females.
Opal Ward: Another acute ward for females.
These wards provide care for women with a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.
