Nursing Home Manager

Salary: £70,000 + Bonus Scheme

Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead their luxury care home, nestled in a peaceful, residential area. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and high standards of care, our client offers nursing, dementia, and residential services to its residents. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader with a deep commitment to person-centred care, a strong background in nursing home management, and a passion for nurturing both resident well-being and team development.

What we're looking for?
Qualifications: Nursing qualification and valid UK NMC Pin or a Level 5 in Leadership and Management

Experience in Nursing Home Management: Previous experience managing a nursing home, with a strong background in leadership and oversight.

CQC Knowledge: Proven track record of working towards or maintaining Outstanding CQC ratings, with comprehensive knowledge of compliance standards.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with families, staff, and external professionals.

Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in marketing and growing a care home within the private sector.

Passion for Care: Enthusiasm for developing and maintaining high standards of person-centred care.

What your day will look like:
Lead and Manage the Nursing Home: Ensure the smooth daily operations of the nursing home, maintaining a warm, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Quality and Compliance: Apply a strong working knowledge of CQC standards to uphold and work towards Outstanding ratings.

Person-Centred Care: Foster a culture of high-quality, individualized care, ensuring each resident receives the respect, support, and engagement they deserve.

Business Development: Utilize marketing and business skills to maintain and grow a commercially successful care home within the private sector.

Team Collaboration: Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external professionals, residents' families, and visitors.
