As an ICU/ITU Nurse within Salisbury NHS Trust, you will be responsible for providing intensive care to critically ill patients, managing complex medical conditions, and ensuring the highest standard of care in line with the hospital's protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/ITU setting.
* Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust care plans accordingly.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
* Current NMC registration.
* Previous experience working in an ICU/ITU setting (minimum 1 year of NHS experience is preferred).
