About the Role
With the expansion of our services, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Registered Nurse to join our team.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a current NMC registration (either RGN or RMN).
Have at least one year of post-registration experience.
Ideally have experience working within a care home or elderly care setting.
Be committed to delivering exceptional care with compassion and empathy.
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
