Interim Financial Improvement Lead – Healthcare Organisation, North West of England – Start ASAP | circa 6 Months | VSM
We are supporting a healthcare organisation based in the North West of England with their search for an Interim Financial Improvement Lead. This role is expected to start as soon as possible and will run for approximately six months, ideally on a full-time basis. This VSM-level position falls inside IR35, and the client prefers candidates to be available for a fixed-term contract. Frequent on-site presence will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
The Interim Financial Improvement Lead will be responsible for:
- Strengthening the organisation’s financial governance
- Improving the organisation’s commissioning system
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar financial leadership role within the NHS
- A background of working with CCGs and for NHS provider organisations
- A proven success in driving financial governance improvements
