About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join a progressive healthcare provider near Southend-on-Sea. You will utilise your prescribing skills to enhance patient care and improve access to treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct patient consultations and assessments.</li>
<li>Prescribe medications or treatments within your scope of practice.</li>
<li>Monitor and review patient response to treatment.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Registered with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC).</li>
<li>Independent Prescribing qualification.</li>
<li>Experience in a relevant clinical setting.</li>
<li>Strong clinical decision-making skills.</li>
</ul>
