Responsibilities:

<li>Conducting patient consultations and assessments.</li>
<li>Independently prescribing medications within your scope of practice.</li>
<li>Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate patient records.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Registered Pharmacist or Physiotherapist with the relevant professional body (GPhC or HCPC).</li>
<li>Qualified as an Independent Prescriber.</li>
<li>Proven experience in a relevant clinical setting.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
