Key Responsibilities:

<li>Support the GP team in managing long-term conditions and acute presentations.</li>
<li>Ensure safe and effective prescribing practices.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>GPhC/HCPC registration.</li>
<li>Independent Prescribing qualification.</li>
<li>Experience in a clinical setting.</li>
