We are recruiting an Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to enhance patient access to efficient healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Independently assess and prescribe treatments for patients.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Support chronic disease management and urgent care needs.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Independent Prescribing qualification.</li>
<li>GPhC or HCPC registration.</li>
<li>Experience in a clinical setting preferred.</li>
