We are recruiting an Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to enhance patient access to efficient healthcare services.
Location: Chester
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently assess and prescribe treatments for patients.
- Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Support chronic disease management and urgent care needs.
Requirements:
- Independent Prescribing qualification.
- GPhC or HCPC registration.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
