Are you a qualified Independent Prescriber? We are recruiting skilled Pharmacists or Physiotherapists to support the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assess, diagnose, and manage minor illnesses or chronic conditions.</li>
<li>Prescribe medication within scope of practice.</li>
<li>Deliver clinical assessments and treatment plans.</li>
<li>Provide patient counselling on medication and treatment adherence.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Independent Prescribing qualification.</li>
<li>Registered with the GPhC or HCPC.</li>
<li>Proven clinical experience in a prescribing role.</li>
</ul>
